Three different financial remunerations must be differentiated, depending on the modality of our consultation.

1. in term of “extra judicial”:
   
   

   If we are to advise, write certificates or projects of mails, help with report of experts, the remuneration of the firm will be based on the fees per hour of the consultation of a management lawyer, 170 € HT (without taxes).

   Every travelling fees, registration fees, or other justifiable fees, are to be paid independently from the previous remuneration.

2. in term of judiciary activity:
   
   The firm implemented a fee reckoned, adaptable to the specificity of each case. It differentiates the remuneration by jurisdiction and difficulty degree. It is available at the office.
   
   
3. a fee convention:
   
   A fee convention can be suggested, depending on the interest of the litigation in term for exemple of research of reparation, of paying back debts. This convention includes a diligences fee and a fee proportional to the results incurred which is then freely negotiated.
